Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Training imparted to Polling Staff of Zainapora AC at Shopian

SHOPIAN : The District Administration Shopian today organised a training programme for Election Staff (PO, P1, P2, P3) of Zainapora AC of Anantnag-Rajouri Parliamentary Constituency in the meeting Hall DC Office, here.
The training programme organised under the supervision of Additional District Development Commissioner, Dr. Nasir Ahmed Lone was aimed to enhance the preparedness of poll staff for upcoming Lok Sabha Elections, in Zainapora AC of Anantnag-Rajouri Parliamentary Constituency ensuring fair, transparent and smooth conduct of elections.
The training session featured demonstrations by master trainers on the proper sealing, installation and functioning of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs).
The polling staff was sensitized about their crucial roles and duties during the electoral process while following the guidelines of ECI to ensure the integrity of the electoral process.
The ADDC emphasized upon the polling officers to perform their duties with utmost zeal and dedication, upholding principles of democracy and ensuring transparent and impartial electoral process.
