Man nabbed with ganja, sharp edged weapon

Miran Sahib Police arrested a man along with ganja and sharp edged weapon.

As per police sources, on reliable information a team from Police Station Miran Sahib led by SHO Inspector Zaheer Mushtaq under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Singh and SP Headquarters Ramnish Gupta laid a naka at Gazian road and intercepted a person, who was moving under suspicious circumstances.

During checking, police team recovered 250 grams ganja and one sharp edged weapon from the possession of the person and arrested him.

The arrested person has been identified as Sudershan Vishwal, son of Indira Mani of Odisha, at present Gazian Road Miran Sahib District Jammu.

A case FIR Number 123/2022 under sections 8/15 NDPS Act and 4/25 Arms Act has been registered at Police Station Miran Sahib and investigation started.(Jammu link news)
