Recently CEO kupwara has issued a Menu for MDM vide circular 19254-19404 dated 06/10. In which teachers are directed to serve three vegetables/ Dhal and vegetables and chicken once a week, the said menu is not applicable in the amount ₹5 per student per day, District president Teachers forum kupwara Ab Qayoom Mir while reacting on the Menu said that on the one side the teachers are suffering a lot for want of their pending ingredient charges and on the other hand the teachers are put to task if they fail to keep the Menu issued by CEO kupwara in operation.

Such type of menu is served only in kupwara, so district kupwara should not become the testing laboratory.
