Opinion | Ethical teaching by the hypocrites is unjust; introspection is need of the hour

Recently we all came across a breaking news of a father slapping his daughter after getting shocked to see her a totally opposite of the one he had sent to pursue MBBS after spending his life long energy, pleasures, sleep, efforts and finances. The incident being the international concern was being broken on all the news platforms (satirically ).Like all of these umpteen news reportes and broadcasts it grabbed my interest too so I turned up to write about it.

We Kashmiris are famous for various attributes one being nosy. We are so inquisitive that fall into anxiety of we do not gather the information of the neighbor’s dinner,who visited them, where are they,what are they talking and on and on. This curious behaviour has left us nearly unsound mind. Moreover, we do not use our brains and sources to process the thing rather we rely on anything and go with the flow. We have gone so astray that we do not what to go for and what not but we just see what ten people are with and we also get onboard for the same. Same happened with this father who had sent her daughter to pursue her dream after nourishing her a certain way. He must have had attached his life and dignity. Every parent has rules and regulations for his/her child to make them a better human for tomorrow likewise a parent teaches certain modest,cultural and ethical things to child which he wants to be a light to illuminate his name by his child but when it turns unruly and adverse it has a lot to do with the parents life.

However, it was an amazement to many like me who usually see and come across these ethical and pseudo modern instructors who bash, troll and abuse the women while seeing then in a festival, westernised,dancing, singing, bunking the college, or doing something else immorally or boldly outside etc.These people had rot learned modernised ethics only for this father. Like he should not have physically hit her bla bla.

I am astonished that how boldly and justly we endorse objectification of women. That how the “women empowerment” is being used as a manipulative measure for the women. There is no function happening In our our societies without having women there, there is no market considered to be function being charmful without the participation of women.

Consequent upon We are losing the charm and aura of ethics,morality, values and modesty. To which we always blame the parents of the children deteriorating the cultural and modest web. But when we see a father trying to safeguard his teachings after seeing his daughter being a victim to pseudo modernity.

We as stakeholders of the society need to teach our boys and girls what is vital and what not.Our younger generation must be instilled with right teachings. They need to be taught a broader aspect and scope of modernisation.Knowledge is the best tool and modesty an immensely precious ornament to be carried all through to achieve the zeniths of the success and make oneself to stay there with grace. To reach to the top of a peak one doesnot need to change his physical attire but he just needs to be physically and mentally hale with proper and quality attire to pass through every weather.

Moreover, parenting is a meadow that a a parent embeds with every possible greenery, plants and flower, however there is plethora of consumers in the form of both wild animals and farm animals.

Every parent tries to be the best in his own way and every parenting is different from others.
