(Research Shows that Education in the Mother Tongue is an Important factor for Inclusion and Quality Education, and also helps Improve Learning Outcomes and Academic Performance in the Mother Tongue.This is very Important,Especially in Primary School.Mother Tongue is Essential Intervention to avoid Knowledge Gaps and Increase the Speed of Learning and Understanding among Students.)

The National Education Policy under which if We Study then we have come to the Conclusion that in the Educational Life of any Human Being Mother Tongue is the Foundation Stone on which the whole building rests.All Educational and Academic Development Depends on his Mother Tongue.If the Language of Teaching and Teaching is Natural and Understandable, Students Can not only Understand the Subject itself better but also able to Present their ideas Effectively.I Would like to Say with great Politeness and apologies that if We talk about Kashmir, People Cant Say anything about the Mother Tongue of others even after having a good Experience in their Own Society.I do too.
Because most of the people use Urdu Language at home with their Children to impress others. While their Language is Kashmiri.While the Education of such Children is also affected due to other Language.Everyone makes big Claims and Promises to Promote their Mother Tongue but they do nothing in the Practical Field.And it seems that only the Less Educated people are responsible for Keeping any Mother Tongue Alive.
From the Study of the law of Nature,We know that the Mother Tongue of Children is their Natural Language which they use as their means of expression.Mother Tongue is used to Express Joy and Sorrow.Mother Tongue is the most Effective Means of Expressing Human Emotions.
But it is a pity that in the Education and Training of Children,We have Completely forgotten this Idea,the Consequences of which Our generations are Suffering Today.One Positive thing is that the National Educational Policy 2020.In order to get the Primary Education, Emphasis has been placed on the Mother Tongue
Unlike the Language Our Child Speaks and Understands at home, at School he is exposed to a completely foreign Language.For example, at home he hears his Parents,Brothers and Sisters and the People of the Neighbourhood Speaking Languages ​​like Urdu, Kashmiri, Pahari, Punjabi and Goojri etc. He speaks the Language,If he is placed in the School, his Education is started in other Language,Which has a bad effect on his entire Academic and Educational Life and Later,No Matter How much Expertise He acquires in any field,but the initial Education is not in the Mother Tongue.The defect that remains due to being never goes away.Ignorance and indifference to the Mother Tongue will no longer be acceptable in Our Society.
Research has confirmed that Children Who receive Primary School Education in their Mother Tongue perform better than students who receive Education in other Languages.The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and other reputable Organizations have been Emphasizing the fact that Learning in the Mother Tongue is Essential for Self-Confidence and Self-Awareness as well as for the Overall Development of a Child.
Physicist and Nobel laureate Sir C.V.Raman Said that in India We Should teach Science in Our Mother Tongue,otherwise Science Will remain Limited to a few People and its connection with the masses will be cut off.
If We take a Quick Look at the Global Higher Education system,We will find that most of the G-20 countries have Mother Tongues as the best Source of Education in Schools as well as Universities.Indias Excellent Education System Which has made its mark all over the World has now included Mother Tongue in Primary Education which is Commendable.
Similarly,most of the Educational Programs in Japanese Universities are Taught in Japanese.The Situation is the same in China,Where the medium of Education from the bottom up to the University Level is the Public Language.The Situation is the same in Europe.In France and Germany there is a strong tendency to protect their Languages.
My personal experience is that a Child Who listens to a Language at Home for two to three years is then Suddenly introduced to another Language after three years for which he needs a home-like Environment for three years.
