For me, as a Kashmiri, two essential implementations during the Modi government stand out: transparency and violence free Kashmir. The technological revolution has benefited the beneficiaries, eliminated corruption, middleman and provided a fair and transparent governance system to the people.

As an ordinary Kashmiri, I have found the NaMo App to be highly beneficial for increasing awareness about government schemes, development initiatives, and overall progress. The application is easily accessible and mobile-friendly. What sets this app apart is its regular updates on the latest developments and activities of the government. Let’s delve into how the app functions and explore the parameters that guide your tour through the country’s progress, along with the latest developments and comparisons.
Here, I am using the example of one parameter of the NaMo App, namely the ‘Jan Man Survey,’ where you can share your views on New India’s progress and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. This survey guides you through a simple questionnaire about the government’s progress, featuring question-answer templates and menus. Before delving into the types of questions the Jan Man Survey presents for feedback, let’s explore what NaMo is, how it benefits common people, and whether they are aware of the NaMo application.
NaMo is an application available on the app store, compatible with every mobile phone. A country cannot progress until its citizens have the right to question their governance. People will not advance until leaders provide them with a platform for giving feedback. The NaMo App, in my opinion, provides an opportunity to ask questions and hold your public representatives accountable. For the progress of the country, we need to evaluate leaders and their performance not only at domestic levels but also at international levels. This app gives you the right to track the progress of your nation and enables you to make comparisons between leaders. If a significant difference is found between the progress reports of present and past leaders, it becomes crucial to support effective leadership.
No doubt, the NaMo App stands for the present Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, but it signifies initiatives and communication related to his government and leadership. The app provides various pages on the website, such as Information Accessibility, which serves as a one-stop destination for users to access a wide array of information related to government policies, initiatives, and updates. Government Schemes connect users to stay informed about various government initiatives, providing details and eligibility criteria, fostering awareness and citizen participation.
The Real-time Update feature is particularly significant, as it was not previously available to the general public. This feature offers real-time updates on government activities, ensuring that users are well-informed about the latest developments and policy decisions. Another crucial parameter is the Interactive Features, such as the Jan Man Survey, where citizens can actively participate by sharing their opinions, views, and feedback on government initiatives, fostering a sense of inclusivity. The app allows you to track the progress of the government and provide your feedback for the nation’s progress. These suggestions are actively being considered.
For me, as a Kashmiri, two essential implementations during the Modi government stand out: transparency and violence free Kashmir. The technological revolution has benefited the beneficiaries, eliminated corruption, middleman and provided a fair and transparent governance system to the people. People are genuinely content with this positive change. The app promotes transparency by providing citizens with direct access to information, reducing information gaps, and encouraging an open dialogue between the government and the people.
The Feedback Mechanism page in the NaMo app acts as a platform for users to provide suggestions, report issues, and actively engage with the government, fostering a collaborative approach to governance. The Mobile-Friendly Interface ensures accessibility for a wide range of mobile devices, making it convenient for users across different demographics. Users can stay updated not only on domestic affairs but also on India’s global engagements, providing a holistic view of the country’s progress on the international stage.
The Leadership Evaluation feature empowers citizens to evaluate the performance of leaders, encouraging an informed electorate that can make decisions based on a comprehensive understanding of the government’s actions and policies. Users can perform a Comparative Analysis, comparing the progress under different leaders and enabling them to make informed assessments and support leadership that aligns with their vision for the nation. Hence ‘NaMo’ app plays a crucial role in promoting transparency, citizen engagement, and informed decision-making, contributing to a more participatory and accountable democratic process.
Under such an app, we have one option, Jan Man Survey, where common people are provided the opportunity to give feedback about the present government and its role. This app is available in the NaMo application, which can be downloaded from the Play Store. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called upon common people to participate and evaluate the progress of the government in the “Jan Man Survey,” providing feedback on India’s progress over the past decade.
In a recent post on the social media platform X, Modi invited individuals to share their opinions on India’s advancements in various sectors during the last 10 years directly via the Jan Man Survey available on the NaMo App. The survey includes questions about the progress achieved by India in various sectors in the last 10 years, and your feedback can be shared and considered for future strategy.
The “Jan Man Survey” app was initially introduced on the NaMo app on December 19, replicating a similar initiative launched in 2018. This survey includes comprehensive questions regarding the performance of Modi’s administration and that of local representatives. It is noteworthy that the NaMo app, which is central to Modi’s digital engagement with the populace, boasts over 2 crore subscribers. Let’s visit Jan Man Survey and gave our feedback for the sake of the nation.
