Picnic and outing are a great way to relax. Outings are an important part of a child’s learning and development. They are vital if children are to explore the wider community and to gain greater knowledge and understanding. It is actually a short trip that lasts for one day only. Outing provides a chance for students to socialise and build relationships, take a break from stress of school and learn about different cultures.
Travelling maketh a man. Travelling energizes and maintains physical well-being. There can be no substitute to travel. It keeps the body fit and maintains metabolism. As soon as the announcement of summer break/vacation got confirmed and just after a couple of days the children thronged at parks, gardens, and other health resort places. Visiting offbeat destinations during leisure time always soothes and lessens the fatigue. You can’t feel respite until and unless there is a break. It rejuvenates the body to act more.
For most of the people who travel the goal is to relax. I have been to many places during the summer break and perceived a huge rush of school going children, men and women along with their refreshment in parks, and health resorts. If we would look kneely then there are enormous health benefits of travelling. As per medical science those who travel regularly never achieve old age at an earlier age. It keeps your body away from toxics and other ailments. It can reduce your risk of coronary heart diseases and improve your sleep functions.
Summer break or vacations can help you to feel refreshed and more prepared to handle whatever comes when you return. The summer break energizes me to do more with great enthusiasm. It can help to improve physical and mental health, motivation, relationship and perspective. It can also provide an opportunity for students to take a break from mental health and physical demands of school.
Summer break is the much awaited time for students as it brings a break from the routine school days and a chance to enjoy some leisure time. Students along with their family and friends spend their time usefully doing what they enjoy the most. They go out in the cool morning and evening hours. Students enjoy their holidays learning new things. Let me share the huge rush of students in the parks enjoying with their friends, developing hobbies, travelling to interesting places and meeting their friends and relatives. They are taking full benefit of the ten days summer break.
Parents should encourage their children to read, write and practise speaking English during summer break or take them on an outing to enjoy. Students always hope when to announce summer break we shall move to parks to celebrate it with music and dance. Summer holidays play an important role in every person’s life, especially in children’s lives. Summer is the hottest season where break is needed to acquire respite.
On the second day after summer break people as well as students first celebrated Eid then after it witnessed huge rush at gardens and parks where children during the entire day enjoyed with friends, relatives and teachers. Vendors, mobile shops etc also rushed to these parks to set up their stalls to sell the junk foods, juice, beverages, balloons, barbeque etc to add more charm to these spots. It is beneficial for students to have a good summer vacation because students need a break and time off of school and work. Health can always be dangerous and an issue if students keep studying without a break it could hurt them physically and mentally. Students being hurt and distracted can cause their grades to drop and that wouldn’t be good for them. If a health problem either suffered by yourself or a family member, is causing you to fall behind and your grades to suffer you may need some time off. Therefore taking a break from school would refresh your brain and allow you to do well in school.
From the intellectuals point of view summer break/vacation, the main advantage of the vacation is that it relieves stress. Students are not machines; they get tired or feel scorching heat during the months of June and July thus they need to take a break. It can also catch-up with old friends, relatives, and also helps to re establish family bonds. During our time when summer break was announced we used to spend 10-20 days break by visiting parks, playing games like cricket and kabaddi, swimming during the entire day in streams, going into the jungle to eat  fire blight etc to celebrate the days in a unique way. Sometimes we used to move to distant places to prepare the tea, halwa, cooking of dishes etc. Nowadays it is much more advanced then previous. During this ten days i myself visited many tourist spots I find an optimistic scenes on faces of blooming buds where children feel exhilaration with each other, some are riding, some are enjoying in swings, some are playing hide and seek, some are eating junk foods, some are climbing, some are flying kites, some are shopping, some are eating ice-cream to beat the heat, some are running after each other, etc which clearly shows how much the break is needed.
