Opinion | Role of Pakistan in Kashmir

People of Kashmir were  used and misled  by the enemy but Kashmiris have realised now  that they have been exploited.

To maintain peace in Jammu and Kashmir is not an easy job as it is a proxy war having  a strong ecosystem in place in its favour.  Against all odds Government  of India  is able to give Jammu and Kashmir  a peaceful  environment. The neighbouring country never allows Kashmiri people to live in a peaceful  atmosphere where  Kashmiris would  avail a chance to live in peace and prosperity.  Pakistan used Kashmiris as cannon fodder and pushed Kashmir in state of destruction. These days we experience  a welcoming development as the lack of support from Kashmiri society towards  Pakistan has frustrated its deep state.   Pakistan  has lost not in Kashmir  only but it is now fighting  a war of its existence.

The uncertainty and political instability  Pakistan is going through since its inception  is now entering into a final phase as the  the three organs of the government, the executive, the legislature and the judiciary which  have separate functions and powers are fighting  with one other continuously  from the time of country’s inception. No organ of the government functions appropriately in accordance  with the established laws. Instead  all the institutions abuse their   own powers . Imran Khan the former  Prime  Minister  has  exposed  the Pakistanis deep state particularly  its army.
There are no  Checks and balances  to ensure that one organ does not become all too powerful.  Pakistan’s military has its own unlimited  powers. It is the Army which decides the politics and fate of its elected politicians. It has been under military coups thrice despite it is constitutionally a democratic parliamentary republic with its political system based on elected form of governance but it has  fallen under the rule of martial law.
A stable Pakistan  is in the interests of all its neighbours and its prevalent conditions are not against Pakistanis but against  all the neighbouring  countries.
Contrary to this India  is a complete democratic  republic having  its institutional very strong.  Really Democracy in India  is the government of the people, for the people, by the people.  In India  youth  has opportunities to grow   and showcase  their  capabilities. Instead of this Pakistan is heading towards bankruptcy. Its default risk as measured by five-year credit-default swaps (CDS) — insurance contracts that protect an investor against a default — rose sharply overnight amid political turmoil and uncertainty about talks with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Kashmiri society  should  remain  cautious  and keep vigil  on the elements having nefarious  designs to keep   Kashmir  boiling.  As a Kashmir  we want  to make it clear that  Pakistan should  not except  that  to Kashmiris  will die for them and will fight for their vested interests. The killing of unarmed civilians by Pakistan  will no way help it to revive the terrorism in Kashmir. It is unfortunate that more than a dozen  civilians have been killed in the last few months, including cops,panchayat members, members of the minority community and non-locals. This killings  gives rise to a big question. For whom is this all being done? It certainly is not for us. Therefore   we should  raise our voice whenever any attempt  to disrupt the peaceful environment of Kashmir is  made as silence  favours the preparator and it helps the enemy to do whatever fulfils nefarious agenda.
People of Kashmir were  used and misled  by the enemy but Kashmiris have realised now  that they have been exploited. The participation of Kashmiris in different  events and activities conducted  by the government is an answer to the enemy and send a clear message  to them that the soil  of Kashmir will never be allowed  to be used further. Therefore, Pakistan  should  get this massage  and should  stop its propaganda to mislead the world  community.  The neighbour  Pakistan should allow Kashmiri people to live in a peaceful  atmosphere where  Kashmiris would  avail a chance to uplift its  human  resource. The lack of support from Kashmiri society towards  Pakistan has frustrated its deep state. Every citizen want Pakistani society  to grow and develop but statistics and figures provide a clear  indication that Pakistan will never ever grow.  Pakistan should  focus  in its own issue and should upheld human rights in Baluchistan. The tyranny it has inflicted  on Bloch people is worst  example  of war crimes. The uncertainty and political instability  Pakistan is going through since its inception  is another wonder  of the world.
