Need To Acknowledge Hardwork of Teacher at All Levels.

We All acknowledge one thing that Teachers are the Source of Knowledge.The role of Teachers are important in the Development of Nations. No one has ever denied the role of a Teacher in the development of Humanity and Scientific Evolution. From the beginning of Universe, the Teacher has a Central Position in the Education System existed in the World. He is engrossed in the Training of the Disciples like a Gardener is engaged in the care of his Plants round the Clock. Teaching is a profession that has a Prominent Position not only in Islam but in every Religion and Society of the World. But it is a Universal fact that the World of Knowledge has never highlighted the real Value and Status of a Teacher in the way that Islam has made people aware of the high position and status of a Teacher. Islam gave immense respect and honour to the Teacher. Allah, the Most Powerful and High, has described the glory of the Holy Prophet as a Teacher in the Qur’an. The highest level of work and the most valuable work among the works is the work of the Teachers of the Country. The Duty of the Teacher is more difficult and important than all the duties. Because all kinds of Moral, Civil and the key to Religious Virtues is in his hand and the source of all progress is his hard work. There, a Teacher has been given the status of a spiritual father because he has the power to make the whole Universe a Teaching Place for the Child. Where the father teaches the Child to walk by holding his finger, the Teacher teaches the Child to walk in Life. Always exhorts to move forward. Someone asked Alexander the Great why he respected his Teacher so much. Alexander the Great said that his parents brought him from the Heavens to the earth while the Teacher brought him from the Earth to the Heavens. All the professions of life are born from the womb of Teaching. Any field of life be it Judiciary, Army, Politics, Bureaucracy, Health, Culture, Education or Journalism all reflect the Skills of a Teacher. If justice, balance and harmony are found in the above-mentioned departments, then this is the level of the teachings of the righteous Teachers and if there is any defect in the teachings of the Teachers and any element against decency and humanity, then that society is full of bribery, unrest and anger. The mouth becomes a talking picture. The Teacher has been given the title of Architect of the Nation for playing a key role in building a righteous Society. A Teacher is the custodian of the good values ​​of the society and also the means of transmitting these values ​​to the future generations. If the Teachers fail to fulfil their duties, then the foundations of the society will be shaken and the society will become a picture of selfishness and present a model of hell. Education covers all aspects of human life and It helps a person to become an active and important part of the society. The Teacher must be given an evaluation position in the society due to the fulfillment of the duties of making individuals. Due to the payment of social services, the society not only gives the Teacher a high status and provide a prominent place, but also keep his politeness and respect in mind at all times. The importance given to Teachers in every society and religion requires Teachers to present themselves as a Role Model. A Teacher is a promoter of moral values ​​in the society, but it is a pity that today this profession (Few) has lost its greatness and dignity.Today, the profession of Teaching has been limited to only one job, scale (salary) and advancement. The sacred relationship between Teacher and Student has been lost somewhere. History is a witness that this nation was blessed with the rise and development which valued its Teachers. The position of a Teacher is higher than materialism and monthly recognition. This should not be taken to mean that Teachers do not have their own needs. Because Teachers are the key to the development and deterioration of society in their hands, their position should be highlighted.While holding the Teacher in such a prominent position, the society also demands that they should not pollute their hands with the profit and privileges like the rest of the fields in the World.
Responsibilities of the teacher; The Teacher performs the important task of training the new generation. In every Nation and religion, the Teacher is important because of the greatness of his profession. also carries out the work of training. The people who take charge of the society, whether they are associated with any field or profession, are a reflection of their Teachers training. The main and basic duty of the Teacher is humanization. Although in this work Curriculum and the effects of educational institutions are also included, but it is an undeniable fact that the Centre and Axis of the entire Education System is a Teacher. Teachers should feel their importance and responsibility.There are four practical fields for those involved in the Teaching Profession (1) Character Building (2) Continuous improvement of their Knowledge (3) Students Personality and Character Building.It is very important for a Teacher to be Well-Mannered, Soft-Spoken, Friendly, Sympathetic, Compassionate, Sympathetic and helpful. A true Teacher transmits the Knowledge (Ideologies, Civilizations, Beliefs, Ideas, Habits, Tendencies, and Traits) acquired from the Ancestors in the same way without any loss or damage to the next Generations. A Teacher is not only a Teacher within the four walls of the classroom or seminary, but he is a Teacher every moment in his pace, speech, and character. Every word and movement of the Teacher affects the Students. Students only learn from the Teacher Or they dont just study the lessons, but they also study the personality of the Teacher. The Teacher is a living example for the students in the seminary, playground, home and market everywhere. The Teacher who forbids the students from immorality. If he himself is involved in these actions, then his actions Teach the students Silently. A great Teacher not only improves his Personality, but also provides a better person to the society through his personality. A Teacher is Characterized by qualities such as Patience, Understanding of Matters, Strength of Decision, Intellectual attachment to students, eloquence and effective style of expression. A Teachers Personality becomes even more attractive when he disciplines with Sincerity, Dedication, Empathy, Compassion and a Spirit of reform (2) the pursuit of continuous growth in Knowledge; There is a Well-Known English saying that “Teaching is Nothing but Learning”. It is a fact that many educational secrets are revealed through teaching and teaching always increases the knowledge of Teachers. Despite this, Teachers need better Teaching Services. Make sure to acquire Up-To-Date Knowledge for performance so as to protect Yourself from any fear and humiliation while Teaching. By increasing Your Knowledge, Teachers can improve not only their personality but also their teaching. You can achieve success in influencing. There is an Arabic Proverb that says, “Get Knowledge from Lap to Core.” Teachers should always keep their eyes on this Saying. A good Teacher is always concerned about the Character Building of his Students. He removes the filth, impurities and all luxuries from the hearts of his Students. A good Teacher creates dedication and interest in his Students. Establish a high model of honesty and trustworthiness with kindness.Prepare such Engineers and Doctors Who will not only make the Treatment of People their Livelihood, but also raise this Service to the Level of Worship. Teachers should train their Students in such a way that they develop Skills in their Profession.Create Positive Awareness among Society about the Respect and Dignity of All Teachers for Developed Society.
