Bidding an adieu to the department is a routine and a usual process. The concern and contents of professionalism varies at individual levels. The art, decorum and style of Zaffar Ali Khan who finally paid goodbye to the department of education as a Head Clerk is of vast and most winsome and memorable journey. Residing in a far off area like Uttingroo and starting his journey in 1982 and ending at 31st December 2022 from various schools to Zonal offices, and district level offices speaks about the professionalism of this gentle man.
His contribution for upgrading of education sector from both student level to teacher education remained his prime motive. His ideas and thoughts regarding the high educational standards have been realised during his service. His style of work was entirely different and his on spot decisions or being very proper judgemental has been seen his best trait. His perception and response was very logical and concrete. His solutions to the problems at most of the times has been witnessed great and innovative.
Man not having a time bond life rather provided selfless services. To the department of education. The concept of duty was not 10 to 04pm. Rather a mission based duty schedule, reaching on duty before half an hour and leaving the office after half an hour of the specified time motivates and inspires many more officials of the department. Not leaving the office untill the immediate officer will not leave as having more official work. “How could i went to home as my Boss is still in the office”.
The subordination of the said Has been fully discussed and authenticated by the Zonal Education Officer Mawer Mr Mohmad Maqbool Lone during his speeches at many occasions.
His professional life and private life was entirely different and style of work was encouraging and inspirational. Caring for officials during odd times was his special trait.
Zaffar Ali Khan being a man of special qualities has been always seen in making the department employee friendly through his wonderful nature. Discussing and solving the matters of employees as per law at the initial level was his special and most inspiring trait.
Most of the times it has been witnessed that he was guiding the employees for the betterment of the department and was making them realize that through you, departmental name and fame could reach to the general public. The actions which you are shown are having a direct impact upon the department. We need to provide selfless services to the department of education as this is the only department who is producing great kind of human beings and our every actions is being imitated and copied by the students. Your genuine and legitimate problems could be solved amicably rather than making a hue and cry.
This man is having a great and wonderful approach of departmental life. He has served with Two generations like , ”With those who have taught him during schooling and also with those who were studying when he got appointed and now were working with him” This experience has made him more vibrant and most dedicated for his duty. Being regular and punctual for his duty has left a great message for his juniors. Zaffar Ali being a house hold name in zone Mawer is because of his very friendly, smiling and practical nature. The man is having a very logical and pragmatic approach of life. He was giving more respect and honour to his officers and other officials of the department, this pragmatist approach has made the juniors more attentive and logical towards the department and life.
He got his superannuation on 31st of December 2022 and have been called by many of the institutions for get together and appreciation for his wonderful services in the department. His contribution in the department from school level to district level offices has been highly appreciated. Zone Mawer under the guidance of Zonal Education Officer Mawer Mohmad Maqbool Lone had arranged a great, precise, overwhelming and wonderful function on his retirement and highlighted his services as a best subordinate and know person in terms of his departmental assignments. He has been accompanied by ZEO Mawer and his whole staff on 31st of December to his home along with some great personalities of the area and while reaching home he was welcomed by her Mother which shows a sign of greatness. “During this Spain of time he mentioned that her mother is the only source of inspiration and success behild Zaffar Ali”
The man being very famous for his smiling and jolly nature bid an adieu to the department on 31st December 2022. Wish him a very long ,healthy and happy post retirement life.
