NEW DELHI: Lashing out at the INDI alliance, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that ‘Parivarvadi’ parties will never appreciate how far India has come, adding that these individuals have nothing else to offer besides “corruption, nepotism, and appeasement.”

In an audio interaction at the “Tiffin Baithak” (meeting) with BJP Karyakartas, PM Modi said that when the public started rejecting opposition, “they started criticising Modi.”

“The INDI Alliance relies on worn-out cliches. They lack both logic and facts. These individuals have nothing else to offer besides corruption, nepotism, and appeasement. That’s all they know. So, when the public begins to reject them, they resort to criticizing Modi. But it’s futile; the people have already seen through their facade. Parivarvadi parties will never appreciate how far India has come. They are ‘of the Parivar, for the Parivar, and by the Parivar’,” PM Modi said.

He further said that the people of every class, caste, and community should join the party’s resolve of a ‘Viksit Bharat’.

“We have to deliver Modi’s guarantee to everyone, at every booth, at every centre, in every division, to women, elders, and youth. People of every class, every caste, every community should join our resolve of a “Viksit Bharat’, because we have to convert the dream of a developed India into a resolve by uniting the entire country and achieving it in 25 years. We have to work in this spirit,” he added.

He further emphasised that Kashi is the “cultural capital” of the country.

“People are looking at Kashi with high hopes. Kashi is the cultural capital of the country. If cultural consciousness develops in Kashi, it will have a spillover effect on the rest of the country,” he said.

PM Modi said that over the past 10 years, the confidence of Nari Shakti has reached new heights adding that people are looking at the BJP with “great hope.”

“Today people are looking at the BJP with great hope. Therefore, people are associated with the feeling of one India, a better India and a developed India. But Parivarvadi parties will never like the increase in power of India. For them, their children should move ahead, their family members should get places in high positions, and the government should become a private limited company of their family, this is their wish,” the Prime Minister said.

“In every field, whether it be sports, science, or self-help groups, women are doing excellent work. The efforts we have made for them are bearing fruit. In the last 10 years, we have worked on the overall development of Kashi. Earlier, roads and electricity were provided by seeing which district belonged to which leader, but we have been following the mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas. Therefore, today, this discrimination has ended,” he said.

He advised party workers to reach out to women and give them information about women-centric policies during the ‘Chaitra Navratri’ next month.

He also said, “Nari Shakti… embodies Shakti, but a leader from the Congress party has said that he is here to destroy that Shakti. He is in conflict with Shakti, whereas I am a devotee of Shakti.”

PM Modi encouraged voters to join the democratic festival, stating ‘Pehle Matdan, Phir Jalpan’. He also urged Karyakartas to engage with first-time voters, women, senior citizens, and beneficiaries to achieve our goal of Abki Baar, 400 Paar!

The Prime Minister asked the party workers to work relentlessly for the next two months for the elections.

The election for 543 Lok Sabha seats will be held in seven phases starting April 19. Nearly 97 crore voters are eligible to cast votes in the general election.
