PD&SJ Kulgam chairs 3rd District Coordination Committee meet

KULGAM : The 3rd District Coordination Committee meeting of various stakeholders for the justice delivery system was held under the chairmanship of Principal District and Sessions Judge (PD&SJ) Kulgam, Mohammad Ashraf Bhat at Rest House Chawalgam, Kulgam.

The meeting was attended by Additional Sessions Judge Kulgam, Chief Judicial Magistrate Kulgam, Secretary DLSA Kulgam and Public Prosecutor Kulgam.

Meeting was also attended by  Additional Deputy Commissioner, Executive Engineer R&B Division Kulgam, Assistant Executive Engineer from R&B, PDD, Chief Medical Officer, DY.S.P Hqrs, Executive Officer Municipal Committee Qazigund, officers of the Housing Board and Superintendent District Jail Anantnag.

During the meeting, the point wise agenda was discussed threadbare and the various procedural hiccups and other impediments in timely execution of highlighted points were shared with the concerned stakeholders present in the meeting.

The Chairman, emphasized upon the participants for streamlining and enhancing the level of coordination between the courts and other stakeholders for strengthening the justice delivery system and for the said purpose all the participants assured their cooperation on ground to enhance the judicial output by providing required infrastructures and other logistic support to remove the impediment if any at the earliest.

The Chairman extended gratitude to all the participants of the meeting and the meeting was concluded with the hope that the commitments made by the stakeholders in the meeting will get implemented in letter and spirit on ground and review there-of shall be taken in the next Coordination Meeting.
