Piping Ceremony Held at DPO Kupwara to Honour Newly Promoted Sub-Inspectors

Kupwara : A piping ceremony was held today at District Police Office (DPO), Kupwara, to honour the newly promoted Sub-Inspectors (SIs) of Kupwara Police. The officers were formally decorated with their new ranks in a dignified event that marked their elevation in service.

The ceremony was presided over by SSP Kupwara, Mr. Ghulam Jeelani, and was graced by other senior officers, including DSP Headquarters Kupwara Jenab Mohammad Rafee Rather and Inspector Reyaz Ahmad.

Addressing the gathering SSP Kupwara congratulated the newly promoted officers and their families acknowledging their hard work, dedication, and contribution to the police force. He emphasized the increased responsibilities that come with the new ranks and expressed confidence that they would continue to serve with even greater commitment, integrity, and professionalism.

The promoted officers expressed gratitude to the District Police Administration for recognizing their efforts and pledged to uphold the highest standards of service, discipline, and public trust in their new roles.

The ceremony concluded with warm felicitations, group photographs, and best wishes for the officers in their future endeavors.
