Police Arrests Car Driver Accused of Hitting Biker Rider in Zadibal Srinagar

Srinagar  (TGK): Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday arrested a car driver accused of hitting a biker-rider in Zadibal locality in central Kashmir’s Srinagar last night.

“Last night an accident took place near Mill Stop Zadibal in which bike rider namely Suhail Bagdadi of Nowshera was injured seriously”, reads a statement issued to The Global Kashmir.

“Police team Zadibal swung into the action and arrested the accused driver Imtiyaz Hassan Wani of Gilli Kadal Zadibal, who after hitting the bike-rider fled away from spot along with his vehicle Hyundai Santa Fe, bearing registration number HR26BP/2144”, reads the statement.

The general public has in the meantime hailed the Srinagar police for arresting the accused person within hours into the incident.
