Police attach properties of 04 Kashmiri Terror Handlers based in Pakistan worth crores in Handwara.

Handwara : 08 November Police in Handwara after obtaining attachment order passed by Hon’ble Additional Sessions Court Handwara attached properties (9 Kanals,11 Marlas ) land worth crores belonging to terror handlers based in Pakistan namely 1. Abdul Majeed Malla S/OMohd Ahsan Malla R/O Supernaghama 2. Ab Rashid Mir S/O GhMohiuddin Mir R/O Supernaghama 3. Arshid Ahmad Parry S/K Mohd Akbar R/O Mandigam 4. Sajad Ahmad Bhat S/O Abdul Rashid Bhat R/O Palpora kralgund
The action was taken under sections of 88 CrPc (83 central) in respect of said Terrorist Handlers following their declaration as Proclaimed offenders in case FIR No. 73/2011 U/S 2/3 IMCO Act, 121 A RPC of Police station Kralgund The operation reaffirms the commitment of Police to combat terrorism .
