LEH: In a ceremony reflecting the Army’s highest traditions, 402 Agniveer recruits were officially inducted into the Ladakh Scouts regiment on Tuesday, as announced by a defence spokesperson.
Reviewed by Maj Gen Dinesh Kumar Singh, the event saw attendance from distinguished military officers, civil dignitaries, and proud parents of the recruits.
Six Agniveers were awarded medals for their exceptional training achievements, with the ‘Gaurav Padak’ presented to their parents, recognizing the family’s contribution.
