SSP Anantnag Inaugurates Police Identity Card (PIC) Unit at DPL Anantnag

Anantnag : In a significant step towards modernization and improved administrative efficiency, SSP Anantnag, Dr. G.V. Sundeep Chakravarthy, inaugurated the Police Identity Card (PIC) Unit at District Police Lines (DPL) Anantnag. This newly established facility will cater to the entire South Kashmir Range, streamlining the issuance of identity cards for police personnel.

The inaugural event was attended by SP Ops Anantnag, Shri Furqan Qadir, DySP Headquarters Anantnag, Shri Mohammad Ayouib Rather, DySP DAR Anantnag, Shri Rouf Baba, and other senior officers of the district Police.

The PIC Unit has been designed to enhance operational coordination, ensure accurate record-keeping, and strengthen security measures across the South Kashmir Range. By centralizing the process, this initiative aims to improve efficiency and bolster the effectiveness of the police force.

This development marks a significant milestone in the ongoing efforts to modernize Police infrastructure and improve administrative processes in South Kashmir.
