Team Red NGO Organizes Medical Camp in Qasba Hyhama, Kupwara

Kupwara : Team Red NGO successfully organized a multi-speciality medical camp in the remote area of Qasba Hyhama, Kupwara . The camp aimed to provide essential healthcare services to the residents of this far-flung region, ensuring that quality medical care reaches every corner of our community.
The medical camp, held with the support of health professionals and team volunteers, offered a wide range of services including general health check-ups, consultations, distribution of medicines, and health education. Specialists were on hand to address specific health concerns, and preventive measures were emphasized to promote long-term well-being.
The panel of doctors included: Dr. Sheikh Burhan (Cardiologist), Dr. Sheikh Tariq (Critical Pain Management), Dr. Mohammad Makbool (MS Surgery), Dr. Zubair Rashid (Chest & Heart Specialist), Dr. Audil Aslam (Medical Officer), Dr. Mir Nazima (BDS,MIDA).
The event witnessed an encouraging turnout, with numerous residents availing themselves of the free medical services. The initiative is part of Team Red NGO’s ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare accessibility and improve the health outcomes of underprivileged and underserved populations.
“We are committed to making healthcare accessible to all, especially those in remote areas of Kupwara who often face challenges in accessing medical services,” said Saadat Nasir Wani Sogami, Chairman of Team Red NGO.
“Today’s camp is a step towards ensuring that no one is left behind in receiving the care they need.”
Team Red NGO extends its gratitude to the dedicated medical professionals, team members, and local community of Qasba Hyhama who contributed to the success of this event. The organization remains steadfast in its mission to serve and uplift the health standards of the community through such impactful initiatives.
