Two drug peddlers arrested in Pulwama, 18.59 kgs grinded charras powder seized

Pulwama : Continuing its efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society, Pulwama Police arrested two drug peddlers and recovered psychotropic substances from their possession.

On a specific information about concealing of narcotic substance at the residential houses of two drug peddlers at Kisrigam Kakapora, a police party from Police station Kakapora raided both the residential houses and recovered 10.760 Kgs of grinded Charras Powder from the residential house of Bilal Ahmad Dar S/o. Gh. Nabi Dar and 7.830 Kgms of grinded Charras Powder from the residential house of Irshad Ahmad Mantoo S/o. Gh. Nabi Mantoo.

Both the accused have been arrested and accordingly Case FIR No. 04/2025 and FIR No. 05/2025 U/S 8/20 NDPS Act stands registered in Police Station Kakapora respectively and investigation is set into motion. — (KIMS)
