M Amin Khan who started his trade union carrier as district Secretary Teachers Forum in 1996 than district president in 2008 ,and reached to the highest place State Chairman JKTF and than National vice president All india Teachers Federation has a long history of sacrifices and continues struggle, He is not only an educator and mentor but also a courageous, brave and widely respected trade union leader. Throughout his career, he has been a tireless advocate for employees’ rights, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and dignity and honour for teachers, His leadership in the trade union movement has been marked by honesty, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to justice and has never compromised with his routine duty.

Unlike many who shy away from challenges, he has fearlessly fought for the rights of his fellow workers, negotiating fair policies, addressing grievances, and uniting people for a common cause.
