Every attack on India, from Parliament to Pahalgam, proves terror is not Pakistan’s enemy, it is its official state policy
Pakistan often claims it is a victim of terrorism. But the truth is the complete opposite. The majority of the terror attacks that have occurred in India were designed and orchestrated wholly or partially in Pakistan. The 2001 attack on Parliament, the 2008 attack on Mumbai, the 2016 attack on Uri, the 2019 attack on Pulwama, and most recently the attack on Pahalgam on April 22, 2025, where the attackers received training funding and shelter from across the border. Despite overwhelming evidence, Pakistan has never taken action against these killers. The reason is clear these terror groups are not enemies of the Pakistani state, they are its most prized weapons against India.
Unable to win a conventional war, Pakistan has long used the cowardly strategy of “a thousand cuts.” Instead of fighting soldiers on the battlefield, it sends brainwashed terrorists to attack innocent civilians, pilgrims, and tourists. Its madrassas preach extremism, its Army provides weapons, and its intelligence agency ISI controls the entire terror operation. Organisations such as Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Harakat-ul-Mujahideen, and fronts such as The Resistance Front are not autonomous entities, they are instruments of the Pakistani Army’s dirty war against India.
The Pahalgam terror attack on 22 April 2025 demonstrated the same truth again. The terrorists attacked tourists, and locals, with the clear intent to instill fear and destroy the economy of Kashmir. Clearly, their evil objective was thwarted. The Indian security forces were swift to respond, and when local citizens were triggered into action, through tremendous bravery and spirit, they were not going to be terrorized. A few days later, the Indian Army launched Operation Sindoor and obliterated the hideouts of the terrorists, and cut their support structure to shreds. This was not only a crushing blow to Pakistan’s proxies but also a powerful message to Islamabad that India will never bend in the face of terrorism.
Pakistan’s relationship with terror is not accidental, it is state policy. The Pakistani Army and ISI use these groups as their foot soldiers. They rename, rebrand, and recycle terror outfits whenever the world begins to notice. Lashkar-e-Taiba turned into Jamaat-ud-Dawa, and when that came under scrutiny. It appeared again as Falah-e-Insaniyat Foundation or Pakistan Markazi Muslim League. Shockingly, these fronts are even allowed to operate openly during disaster relief, working closely with the Pakistani Army and using charity as cover to spread extremist influence. This is the true face of Pakistan: a country that pretends to be a victim while openly supporting and protecting terrorists.
Pakistan’s excuses for not acting against terror are simply lies. Its Army claims these groups are “beyond control,” but the reality is that they are protected and trained inside military-run camps. Its politicians complain about “public support” for militants, but this so-called support is a direct result of decades of brainwashing through madrassas and propaganda. And whenever the world demands accountability, Pakistan hides behind the shield of its powerful allies. China has repeatedly blocked international sanctions against Pakistani terrorists, allowing Islamabad to escape punishment. This is not weakness—this is a deliberate policy of sheltering killers.
India, on the other hand, has demonstrated a strong and unshakable commitment to fighting terrorism. After the Uri attack in 2016, India conducted surgical strikes and destroyed terror launch pads across the Line of Control. And after the Pulwama bombing in 2019, Indian fighter jets flew deep into Pakistani territory to strike terrorist camps in Balakot. After the 2025 Pahalgam attack, India launched Operation Sindoor to eradicate the militants and their support system. On the diplomatic level, India has tirelessly exposed Pakistan’s lies, and the world sees the truth that the so-called “victim of terrorism” is actually the mother of terrorism.
What makes Pakistan most dangerous is its double game. It pretends to fight terrorism when its own people are attacked, but happily supports terrorism when the targets are Indians. The Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which challenges the Pakistani state, is ruthlessly hunted down. But the terrorists who attack India are treated as heroes, sheltered in safe houses, and given new names to escape global scrutiny. This shameless hypocrisy proves that Pakistan is not fighting terrorism at all it’s only managing it, keeping the “good terrorists” alive as long as they serve its anti-India agenda.
The world must stop falling for Pakistan’s false narrative. It is not a victim of terrorism, it is the chief sponsor of terrorism. Its Army and ISI are not fighting extremists, they are running the terror machine. Every bomb blast in India, every innocent life lost, carries the fingerprints of Pakistan’s terror factories. Until Islamabad is forced to abandon terrorism as a state tool, peace in South Asia will remain a dream.
The path of our country is clear, to continue protecting its people with strength, expose Pakistan’s lies on every international platform, and strike back whenever terrorists dare to attack. At the same time, India will keep building peace, progress, and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir, ensuring that Pakistan’s agenda of spreading fear and hatred fails.
The truth is simple and undeniable. Pakistan will never take credible action against terror groups because these groups are not its enemies, they are its frontline soldiers. They are Pakistan’s most valuable assets, used against India in a cowardly proxy war. India, however, has repeatedly shown that it will not bow to terror. From surgical strikes to Balakot to Operation Sindoor, New Delhi has made it clear that terrorism will be answered with strength, not weakness.
That is why Pakistan refuses to act. Because for the Army and ISI, terrorists are not criminals, they are partners in crime. And as long as this continues, Pakistan will remain what it truly is: the global headquarters of terrorism.
