KULGAM : A programme on the SVAMITVA (Survey of Villages and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas) initiative was organised at the Conference Hall of the Mini-Secretariat, Kulgam, to familiarise participants with its objectives and the process of preparing property records of Abad e Deh through drone-based surveys.
