Opinion | Vigilance Week in Jammu and Kashmir, The third Eye is watching 

We must prove zero tolerance about NFC that is Nepotism , Favouritism and corruption . Government should treat the corrupt employees as anti-national element ,he/she is in real senses the culprit whose aim is to disrupt the service sector of the state and in this backdrop the role of Anti-corruption Bureau is laudable in every sense .

The mechanism of Vigilance which is in vogue in different departments need to be strengthened with every passing day . The laws ,rules ,bye laws ,clauses and sub clauses should be developed on the basis of relevance and obselete laws need to scrapped on regular basis by formulation of law commission who revise and revisit the laws and rules .

Further the CCTVs need to be installed at every nook and corner of different departments whether Staff agencies , Auxiliary Agencies , line Agencies or field agencies .The lul which is still prevent in different sections of society need to be shun and prevented and in this behalf the mass awareness need to be started at every place in the society and State , divisional , district administration need to gear up the awareness among masses rather than going for photo shots and reciting pledges .

We need to reiterate our pledge against all types of ills and odds and the concept of #Good_Governance and #E_Governance must be popularised as per the new world order . The #Red_Tape is also becoming major hindrance in delivering of the services in the society and #Indian_babu need to be trained well in every capacity ,regular workshops should be held in this direction so that the Confusions and choas is resolved once for all .

In this direction JKIMPARD is performing well. We should develop such a culture where we shall find no one accepting bribe or indulging in other corrupt practices .

The incharge culture developed in certain departments has developed deformities as the incharge lack the managerial skills and are not equipped with the skills of Personal Administration , I could cite many examples .

We have requested LG Administration led by Honourable Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to introduce reforms in certain sectors and besides other sectors we requested sir to introduce #Education_Adminstrative_Service not only in School education Department but in Higher Education as well and till the said service is introduced we requested to implement Departmental examination for promotion at every level so that efficiency moves on top and the best work culture and efficient mechanism is developed for the holistic development of Jammu and Kashmir at par with other states and Union Territories.
