Revenue department review meeting held at Anantnag

ANANTNAG : The Additional Deputy Commissioners of Anantnag, S M Ashraf and Gulzar Ahmad today reviewed the functioning of the Revenue department in the district.

ADCs reviewed the status of agriculture census, list to be submitted of top ten encroachers, Geo referencing pendency, Swamitwa training, pendency of police and judiciary land cases, status of temple properties, pendency of land allotment cases, Market checking programmes, status of rented building and reason there off and preparing the list of employees who had interfered in recent anti-encroachment drive.

Tehsildars concerned apprised the chair that the progress on all the highlighted points is in final stage and will be submitted soon.

Tehsildar headquarters assured the ADCs that technical support will be provided to each tehsil and if any issue arises the same will be sorted within no time.

ADCs stressed upon the Tehsildars to complete the agriculture census within a week’s time and ensure the points discussed will be put to final stage of completion soon.

The meeting was attended by the ACR, Tehsildars of Revenue department besides the other Revenue Officers.
