On hearing the name Republic (January 26), Two things first come to the mind of Every Indian Citizen. In 1950, the Constitution of India came into force on 26th January. That is, 74 Years ago Today, for the first time every Indian had their Own Law. The Constitution became the most authentic document for every Citizen of the Country and every word of it became the dignity of the Country. With the promulgation of the Constitution, India became a Sovereign Country. Everything was his own, from the Geography of the Country to the Politics, Everything was done for his Citizens.
This Sovereignty is protected by the Indian Army, whose Soldiers are ready to lay down their lives to protect their Country. Every Year on January 26, a Grand Parade is held in the Capital City New Delhi, in which the Army Troops salute their Supreme Commander, the President of India, recalling their history and Pride.
