Kupwara: Director School Education Kashmir Dr Tassaduq Hussain Mir accompanied by Additional Secretary Secretary Education Department Ghulam Nabi Bhat took a meeting of all the Principals/Cluster heads and zonal Education Officers of district kupwara at Dak Bungalow Baramulla.
The meeting commenced by the welcome address given by Chief Education Officer Kupwara Ab Majeed Dar. He gave a brief intro and background of the meeting.
Director school Education Kashmir Dr Tassaduq Hussain Mir interacted with all the cluster heads and ZEOs individually to get a first hand appraisal of the functioning of the system.
He emphasized to all the school heads to re energize themselves and develop all the necessary skills to survive in the current system.
In order to enhance the learning levels of the students he stressed for the appropriate resource sharing at the cluster level.
He also laid stress on the effective implementation of the recommendations of the NEP-2020 to get the desired outcomes.
He also advised all the employees of the department to work with dedication and warned against absenteeism.
Additional secretary School education department Gh Nabi Bhat took a review of the board examination results of the last three years.
He advised the Principals to work harder to ensure better results in the board examinations.
He also stressed for a more robust work culture and accountability in the education department.
CEO Kupwara in his address presented an overall overview of the education sector and highlighted all the issues pertaining to the Cluster system in district Kupwara.
He assured full cooperation to the chair and stressed to all the stakeholders to gear up for the fresh academic session.
He also offered a sincere gratitude to the Director School education Kashmir, additional secretary school education department and CEO Baramulla for a successful review meeting.
The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO kupwara Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, Principals/Cluster heads, ZEOs, District Coordinator CEW/NEP Rayees Masroor, SO Planning Manzoor Ahmad and AP SAMAGRA Mir Mohi-Ud-Din.
