Lok Sabha Elections-2024 Election Training for Employees conducted at Anantnag

ANANTNAG : Today, general election training sessions were held for polling staff in District Anantnag across two shifts at seven different venues.
These venues included Dak Bungalow Khanabal, Government Degree College Womens Anantnag, Government Degree College Kokernag, Government Degree College Bijbehara, Town Hall Aishmuqam, Town Hall Achabal and Rasool Mir Auditorium Doru.
The training was conducted by Election Master Trainers led by Dr. Arshad Ahmad Salroo, State Level Master Trainer.
The main focus during the training sessions was on poll eve duties and poll day responsibilities for Presiding and Polling Officers. Additionally, there was a demonstration of Electronic Voting Machines.
Officials were also instructed on the use of various statutory forms and envelopes to be utilized during the elections.
Notably, the Anantnag Rajouri Parliamentary Constituency goes to polls on 7th May 2024.
