Srinagar: Apni Party’s Youth Wing on Monday held a meeting at the party headquarters in Srinagar to discuss certain important issues and chalked out a strategy to strengthen the youth wing further. Party General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir presided over the meeting.
According to a press release issued here, the participants of the meeting thoroughly discussed and reviewed several party issues, and chalked out a strategy to make the youth wing more organised and vibrant.
On this occasion, Rafi Ahmad Mir urged the youth leaders to boost their political activities in their respective areas to ensure they are well-connected with the people, especially the youth.
He said, “Apni Party believes that the contribution by the youth is of utmost importance to bring about a change for a better future of the society. Thus, we need to ensure more and more youth are affiliated with us in each and every corner of J&K. It is our responsibility to reach out to the young people and get them aware of the Apni Party’s vision for the future of J&K people.”
During the meeting, the leaders reviewed several suggestions in order to make the youth wing more organized and vibrant. And, a plan was finalized to ensure a more organized and vibrant youth wing.
Besides Rafi Ahmad Mir, the prominent leaders from the parent wing of the party who were present in the meeting included Provincial President (Kashmir) Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Senior leaders and Chairman DDC Srinagar Malik Aftab, and District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh. While the leaders from the Party’s youth wing who attended the meeting included General Secretary Muzaffar Hussain Reshi, General Secretary Irfan Manhas, State Secretary Tanvir Pathan, State Secretary Salman Bhat, Provincial President Khalid Rathore, Provincial Secretary Imran Ahmad Bhat, Organising Secretary Mohammad Yousuf Kothari, Coordinator Youth outreach Tariq Mohi-ud-Din, Convenor Shoiab Dar, District President Baramulla Mohammad Irfan Khan, District President Srinagar Mohsin Zaffar Shah, and District Vice President Kupwara Ashraf Andrabi.
