SSP highlighted ongoing enforcement efforts to dismantle drug networks and urged citizens, particularly the youth, to stay vigilant and cooperate with authorities. He reiterated the importance of community involvement in both prevention and intervention.
Programme featured a signature wall, plantation drive, selfie points, and the screening of an awareness video developed by the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR).
Students and Police Band Baramulla presented cultural performances and skits highlighting the social impact of drug abuse. On the occasion, individuals and organisations who have contributed meaningfully to anti-drug initiatives in the district were felicitated.
