BARAMULLA : District Youth Officer Baramulla, SriJan Singh Patel, today addressed a press conference to highlight the objectives and significance of the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) being organised under the Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat) initiative.
Speaking to the media, District Youth Officer said that VBYLD provides a national platform for young people to share their ideas, perspectives and innovative solutions and actively contribute to the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047. He said the initiative is aimed at fostering leadership, creativity, innovation and a strong sense of responsibility among the youth.
He emphasised that the youth are not merely the future of the country but important stakeholders in its present development journey. Their ideas, aspirations and active participation can play a significant role in shaping a progressive, inclusive and developed India.
The District Youth Officer further highlighted that VBYLD offers young participants an opportunity to express their views on matters of national importance, showcase their talents and cultural heritage, and engage in meaningful activities related to nation building. He encouraged the youth of Baramulla to actively participate and utilise the platform to put forward their ideas and perspectives.
He also called upon educational institutions, youth organisations and other stakeholders to facilitate wider participation of young people in MY Bharat and VBYLD activities. He said that collective efforts are essential to ensure that the benefits and opportunities offered through such youth-centric initiatives reach maximum numbers of young people.
Appealing to the youth of the district, SriJan Singh Patel urged them to come forward with confidence, creativity and a spirit of service, stating that the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047 can be realised through the meaningful participation and contribution of the country’s young generation.
