Budgam Police seized 02 Tippers and arrested 02 persons for illegal excavation and transportation of minerals

Budgam : During naka checking at Sebdan Crossing, police party of Police Station Budgam intercepted 02 trippers who were carrying illegally excavated minerals. Accordingly, 02 tippers were seized and 02 persons arrested on spot. The arrested persons have been identified as:-

1.Ghulam Mohammad Mir S/o Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Mir R/O Qadipora
2.Muzamil Bilal S/o Bilal Ahmad Wani R/o Nasrullapora

Case FIR numbers 41/2023 & 42/2023 under relevant sections of law stands registered against the accused at Police station Budgam and investigation taken up.
