Drug Awareness Programmes Conducted by Srinagar Police Across the District

Srinagar : Under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyan, Srinagar Police conducted a series of drug awareness programmes at various locations across the district to sensitise the public about the harmful effects of drug abuse.

A Nasha Mukt Rally was organised at Khonmoh, witnessing enthusiastic participation from students of various local schools, along with youth, elders, and senior citizens. The participants were made aware of the ill effects of drug abuse and were encouraged to actively contribute towards building a drug-free society.

The participants were also assured of District Police Srinagar’s firm commitment to combating the drug menace and taking strict action against those involved in drug peddling.

Srinagar Police reiterated its resolve to continue such awareness initiatives in the future to safeguard the youth and strengthen the collective fight against drug abuse.
