Editorial | Report Card of Developmental Works in Kashmir 

In last three years, the government of India under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, kashmir saw a new era of development which was left behind in the race of development ago.

According to many reports atleast 6000 developmental works have been completed in last thee years . At the core of the renewed impetus by the government is the people-centric development agenda focused on good governance.
Prior to the abrogation of the Article 370, a number of pathbreaking Central (federal) laws including legislation meant for protecting and promoting social, economic and political rights of women, children, under-privileged sections as well as those for ensuring transparent and accountable governance were not applicable to Jammu and Kashmir.
