Lolab : Cadets of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Lolab, Kupwara, brought glory to the institution by delivering an outstanding performance at the Annual NCC Training Camp held in Udhampur.
Despite adverse weather conditions, torrential rains, and road blockages on the Jammu route, the cadets participated with remarkable zeal and proved their mettle across multiple events.
The JD cadets of JNV Lolab clinched a gold medal in firing, secured a silver medal in public speaking, won gold in the drawing competition, and bagged the first overall position in discipline, underscoring their all-round excellence.
School authorities lauded the efforts of Chairperson Mr. Salauddin Khan, NCC ANO 3rd Officer Mr. J. Vijaya (PET Male), Mrs. Nishla (PET Female), and Mr. Vinod Soni (Escort, TGT Hindi), whose untiring dedication and timely guidance enabled the cadets to overcome challenges and reach Udhampur.
This remarkable triumph stands as a testimony to the commitment of both cadets and mentors, further enhancing JNV Lolab’s reputation in academics as well as co-curricular domains.
