Kargil Police seized 200 bags of illegal cement from an LP Truck in Shilikchey, falling under the jurisdiction of Kargil on Sunday, Official sources said on Monday.

Kargil Police seized 200 bags of illegal cement from an LP Truck in Shilikchey, falling under the jurisdiction of Kargil on Sunday, Official sources said on Monday.
Police sources told that Shilikchey Kargil Police intercepted a Truck at a check post bearing Registration No JK05C 9398 on Checking, the Truck was loaded with 200 bags of Cement written with ‘Not for Sale’. It was found that they bought the Cement illegally from BRO GREF Camp Kharboo Drass to sell it in the market for Private use.
SHO Police Station Kargil Manzoor Hussain Mir said that police have seized the truck along with illegal cement
He further said Kargil Police lodged FIR no 88/2022 u/s 409, 411 IPC at Police Station Kargil against involved Officers of BRO and  Civilians involved in this illegal act and further investigation has been taken up. (Rising Kashmir)
