Syed Tabia is a girl from Pandushan village of Shopian. She is someone who dared to dream and became an inspiration for women . Syed Tabia is a brave girl who showed everyone that women can do great things if they try hard. The people of Shopian are very proud of Syed Tabia. . Syed Tabia is an example of what women can achieve if they dare to dream and work hard to make their dreams come true.

She went to Kashmir University for her studies after she finished school. She also learned about fashion designing at Kashmir University. Got many diplomas in computers.

Even though she knew a lot and had skills her first job was at a school and she did not get paid much. Fashion designing was something she was really passionate, about. She thought that starting her business was the way to go.

She always wanted to have her fashion label. She wanted to be her boss and start a boutique. A friend told her about some government programs that could help her get a loan. She applied for one of these programs. She got the loan. Bought a lot of clothes to sell in her boutique.. This did not work out very well. The clothes were too expensive. She had her fashion label. Her fashion label was supposed to be a part of her life but it was struggling. However, her family members were very supportive.

She figured out what her customers really wanted over time. People were looking for clothes that were not too expensive and in style. She thought that selling boutique clothes was not a good idea anymore. So she started selling clothes that were already made and cheaper. People liked this decision. She was selling readymade clothes now. It was working out well. People were happy, with the readymade clothes because they were affordable.

Breaking Barriers

For her breaking barriers was a hard thing to do. She was the first girl from her area to do something like this. This was tough for her because she lived in a place that was away from cities and people had old fashioned ideas. Being a girl made her life more difficult. She had to deal with people telling her what girls should and should not do all the time. She had to fight against the things that society and people expected from girls. She was the trailblazer. That meant the trailblazer was always being watched and judged and questioned by people. The trailblazer had to deal with this all the time.

Others thought she was not thinking clearly because she wanted to be free. She felt really bad, about herself when she started. The fact that her family believes in her gives her the strength to keep going even when things get difficult. People say she cannot do something just because she is a woman. She did not give up even when people told her she could not do it and after some time people started to see how hard she was working . She thinks that people should stop saying they cannot do something and just work hard to achieve their goals. She says that real help is when a person can stand up for themselves . Her life is an example of this and it shows that the woman, with these things can do what she wants and nothing can stop her.

As time went on she got better at running her business. She learned more, about the fashion market and it to make decisions and her business got better.

The woman had a lot of money problems. Now she is really happy because she paid back most of the loan she got from the government scheme and is determined to pay back the rest of the loan she took from the government scheme.

She wants people, girls to go out and do their own thing without being scared. When people asked her about what she believes in she said that we should trust Allah .She thinks that if we follow what Islam teaches us and work hard we will be happy and feel at peace. She wants girls to be brave and do something on their own without worrying about what other people will say.

When she reflects on her own life, she wants to tell her own self to forget about the things people think of her and try to become a better person herself. She’s really glad about her shop, because it is a safe haven for the girls where they feel they could talk to a woman about anything. Today, she is very glad that she decided on doing what she is doing right now.

Her life is not merely that of an entrepreneur but also that of a girl who has shown courage, faith, and resistance. Right from being the first girl in her area to venturing into business and following her aims despite the forces of society, she has proven that girls from far-off areas can fulfill their aims. Not only has she received the backing of her family, but now through her faith in Allah and her resolve, what was a source of weakness has turned into a source of strength for her.
