Lychee is a small, rounded, soft, thorny fruit. China is the largest producer of lychee fruit. The season of the lychee fruit extends from mid-May to mid-August. In our country, India, lychee fruit was introduced in the 18th century and has now become the second-largest lychee producer in the world. The production of lychee starts in the first week of May and has great and ample varieties. Every year, the lychee season in our country runs from May to the first week of July. Thailand fourth. This is quite strange that in Kashmir most of us are familiar with only a few fruits like apples, bananas, watermelons, melon, oranges, grapes, etc., which are very common and have great economic importance due to their wide availability. We should be fond of all the fruits and vegetables that we have available in our area and in the country. Due to transportation charges and other taxes, the seasonal fruits are getting expensive and are not in everyone’s reach. Fruits and fresh vegetables are vital for our good health and have great health benefits in our daily lives. We need different components of food to keep all the organs of our body fit and healthy. To keep healthy and happy, we need fresh and adequate amounts of the basic components of food on a daily basis.
Fruits play a great role in generating employment, generate handsome earnings for the needy, and have great importance in the field of medicine as well. Today in this article, I am going to explore the health benefits of lychee and put forward my opinion through this medium to eat more and more fresh fruits and vegetables. Lychees are very delicious and have great health benefits as well.
Health benefits of lychee: Improves bowel movement: lychees help maintain bowel movement and are beneficial for individuals suffering from constipation due to the presence of fibres in them. Lychees contain antioxidants. Antioxidants protect us from lethal diseases like cancer. Lychees contain vitamin C, and as we know, vitamin C is good for our gums and boosts our immune system. Lychee also contains some minerals that are vital for our good health, like copper, magnesium, potassium, etc.
Suggestion: Want to keep healthy and happy? Well, it is very simple and interesting that we have to eat fresh vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water, and eat salad (raw vegetables like cucumber, carrot, cabbage, tomato, radish, coriander, etc.). As we know, junk food is not good stuff for our good health as it contains recycled oil, is spicy, which makes our stomach unhealthy and damages our skin health, disturbs our bowel movements, and causes various health related disorders. Keep healthy and happy by eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
