SHEW Shopian conducts awareness camp at Mohanpora

SHOPIAN : Sankalp Hub for Empowerment of Women, (SHEW), Mission Shakti Shopian today organized an awareness programme at Mohanpora Anganwadi Centre, Shopian.
The event aimed to sensitize local women about various welfare initiatives. Participants were informed about key government schemes including social welfare programmes, employment-generating opportunities, skill development initiatives, and essential helpline services like Women Helpline 181 and One Stop Centre.
Special emphasis was laid on the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign.
The programme was attended by Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers, and local women, who actively engaged in discussions aimed at empowering women through knowledge and access to available resources.
