Wajahat Farooq Bhat Honoured by LG Manoj Sinha on UT Diwas 2025

Srinagar : Renowned human rights activist and Chairman Save youth save future foundation (NGO) Wajahat Farooq Bhat was honoured by the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha, during the UT Diwas 2025 celebrations held at SKICC, Srinagar.

Bhat received the award in recognition of his exceptional contributions toward youth empowerment and his tireless advocacy for the rights of over 14,000 terror victim families across Jammu and Kashmir.

Expressing gratitude, Bhat dedicated the honour to the youth and victims’ families, reaffirming his commitment to continue working for peace, justice, and empowerment in the Union Territory.
