Kupwara : On the directions of District Development Commissioner Kupwara Ayushi Sudan (IAS), a CSC Government Touch Point was inaugurated on friday by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kupwara Gulzar ahmad at Tehsil Office Kupwara.
On this occasion, ADC Kupwara Gulzar Ahmad (KAS) urged the residents of Tehsil Kupwara to take maximum benefit of this important government initiative, encouraging them to avail themselves of quality, hassle-free services and avoid long queues and overcharging by unauthorized agents.
Speaking at the event, Tehsildar Kupwara also appealed to the public to utilize the services available at the CSC Touch Point and emphasized the government’s commitment to providing efficient and citizen-centric services at the grassroots level.
District Manager CSC SPV mentioned The CSC Touch Point, also known as the Full Stop Centre, offers access to over 1028 government-to-citizen (G2C) and Business to Citizen services under one roof, making public service delivery more convenient and transparent for the residents of the district.
Local residents hailed the initiative and appreciated the efforts of DC Kupwara for facilitating this much-needed service facility for the public.
