Kupwara, Apr 7: District Legal Service Authority (DLSA) in collaboration with ANMT School Kupwara on “World Health Day” with a focus on this year’s theme “Our Planet, Our Health”.
World Health Day was organised with a focus on the current year’s theme, “Our Planet, Our Health”.
Besides representatives from DLSA Kupwara, CMO Kupwara Bashir Wani was the speaker on this occasion.
Highlighting the importance of today’s programme, representatives from DLSA said that a person can survive without excess money but cannot survive without good health.
He added that staying healthy is not an option but a necessity to live a happy life. World Health Day aims at providing proper health care services to everyone. He said, “Health is the relationship between you and your body and “He who has hope has everything.”
Concluding the programme, Principal ANMT Mohd Iqbal Mir said that health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not necessarily the absence of disease and infirmity.
Besides CMO Kupwara Bashir Wani, medical representative Naseer Wani (Epidomologist ) was also present at this event.
