The world is progressing by leaps and bounds and the working or labour class has a greater part to play. The execution part of any plan or policy mainly depends on them. It’s primarily because of them, that everything around us is built or put into shape. Their contribution towards the society is of immense importance given the fact that it’s them whose hands act behind translating the decisions and ideas of the higher level leadership. Everything we see around us, whether significant or seemingly insignificant things, are a result of the meticulous and laborious work of the working class. Nations would not run without the working class toiling hard and making it possible to keep moving the wheels of a nation. At the same time, history bears witness to the long standing discrimination and undervaluing of the working class. From time to time, various movements and revolutions emerged, in the pursuit of fighting for the rights of the labourers and surceasing the discriminatory and unethical laws heckling the working class. Nonetheless, more needs to be done to nip the evils of the exploitation of the working class completely. Manpower is the premium resource of any nation, and the working class in particular dominates all other resources, when it comes to their value, efforts and contribution.The high tech and high touch machinery, Robotics and the future of the planet – Artificial intelligence would never be able to replace humans, despite the formers domination in the 21st century. The humane aspect, associated with humans is an irreplaceable entity, in the absence of which the world cannot live. In the wake of the significant contribution of the working class, the world must appreciate the efforts of the working class as well as give due credits to their sacrifices and endless exertion. The world is not possible without its human resources. It irrefragable needs to be prioritized over everything else.
