Opinion | Lolab’s Verdict reinvigorates Hope!

Notwithstanding, the valley was in the good books of head of the state when late Mushtaq sb then the Law Minster setup a vision and hope for people of valley by establishing various govt offices at Sogam that reduces the hefty of challenges and hardships that general public face. With such a constructive vision his aim was  to create bond between people regardless of who voted him or not. He never let down the aspirations of both young and old. People called him the cherished leader because whenever he visits to valley he used to reach out to every household or individual.

The political scenario doesn’t end after he left havenly abode but got rejuvenated more and more. His nephew Qaiser Jamshed Lone who is son of renowned poet, author and Novelist namely Late Nazeer Ahmad Lone (alies) Nazir Jowhar. His winning from Lolab constituency against AIPs favourite– has build a sense of optimism among masses who has capability of fulfilling the long demands like Maternity hospital, tunnel Lolab-bandipora, air lift service to the people of border areas like Machil during winter seasons and many more. People of valley voted him because he possess bunch of leadership qualities in delivering and redressing the challenges.

He is such an outstanding leader who possess the traits like philanthropic, compassionate, down-to earth and an exemplary persona known for his humility, courtesy, and gripping speeches.More known to people as (Baiejaan) his campaigning was backed by his younger bother Nasir Nazeer Lone presently DDC Candidate from Lolab who tirelessly worked day and night in capitviating voters towards NCs favour and his efforts brought laurels on 8th September.

The best thing about public -spirited leader Qaiser Jamshed Lone is that his doing urge and vision towards developmental sectors during his previous tenure have earned him respect and honour in public domain.He is God-fearing leader. I vividly recall my only meeting with him in Sonanar where his words was pure gold and sense of accountability was his prime focus. People wholeheartedly love his actions, way of discussing the hardships and their timely solutions. His entering in Assembly was the sole aim of common individual in valley, while as his nomination for Cabinet berth would satiate the aspirations of thousands.

Political career of Qaiser Jamshed lone started when his uncle (Mushtaq Ahmad Lone Law Minister)was short dead by unknown gunmen during public gathering on 11th September 2001 and since then his political  attachments got commenced. He never supported choas and confusion but always focused on amicable relations between communities that made him more popular among youths of valley and beyond. He is not only a mature political figure but a good human being.

Commenting on the potential  political Career of Shri Qaiser Jamsheed Lone, he is among the stalwarts of NC family. He is always honoured by tall leaders in NCs faction. His mandate from National Conference in Lolab Constituency was due his determination and unwavering dedication in making roots of the party strong and steadfast. Qaiser sb is such a great representative who provides a harmonious environment to their community, developmental projects such as roads, electricity, potable water and others are addressed spontaneously. His endorsement and party’s priority that he is free from corruption, have no criminal background and strong character.

Outlining his vision for Lolab Constituency Qaiser Jamshed promised to establish much need oulets in entire valley. He also discussed plans for women empowerment by setting up bank branches  and other oulets in Tekipora and adjacent. He has been actively involved in youth politics and has consistently advocated for youth policies in valley and beyond. Present polls have affirmed and underlined, sentiments, feelings and aspirations of the people.

The sweeping victory of NC–Congress coalition in the present elections markedly based on promises. With high unemployment the coalition is adamant to address rising unemployment, inflation and prioritize for job creation. This could involve developing industries like IT, Tourism and sustainable agriculture as well as pushing for investment in infrastructure projects that generate employment. The expected regime need to implement policies that stimulate economic activity, promote local businesses, and create affordable solutions for essential goods and services. The government must recognize the growing challenges of sustainable development, urbanization and energy security.

The entire valley wholeheartedly congratulates Qaiser Jamshed lone over his landslide victory and people have enormous expectations as soon as he assumes the berth of Cabinet portfolio.The young populace  believes his promises during rallies and door to door campaigning.He has a unique blend of affection dynamism.
