These days people of POK are protesting against Pakistani occupation and occupational forces have killed many protesters. On the other hand, in our Kashmir people are participating in election rallies and celebrating the parliamentary elections.

POK (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir) remains shrouded in a veil of darkness and despair. For decades, the people of Pakistan have been subjected to unimaginable horrors, as killings and disappearances have become alarmingly common. These days people of POK are protesting against Pakistani occupation and occupational forces have killed many protesters. On the other hand, in our Kashmir people are participating in election rallies and celebrating the parliamentary elections. The situation in POK demands urgent attention and action. Atrocities and human rights violations committed by the Rangers & the Army is on raise there in POK. The people of POK, particularly activists and dissenters, are targeted by various actors, often with impunity. Extrajudicial killings have become a routine occurrence, leaving families devastated and communities in perpetual fear. The disappearances of individuals have become a haunting reality, with loved ones left to wonder about their fate, their hopes snuffed out by the darkness of uncertainty. The army’s heavy-handed approach has created a climate of fear and suspicion, stifling any dissent or calls for justice. We are enough fortunate as we have economic prosperity, inclusive identity, unity in diversity, democratic values, global standing, opportunity education, sports and culture, peaceful coexistence and economic progress in place here.
