On 24th of the current month, Literary Organization Kashmir Writers’ Association (KWA) conducted an awareness cum workshop in my hometown Anantnag in which KWA management created awareness about the uses of social media platforms. I being member of the organization was resource person in the event during which i realised that awareness related to use of social media is much needed in our Kashmir. The idea made me to write on this topic. Some one has rightly said that social media is about people not about logos. It plays a miscellaneous role in our every day life and allow us to link with friends and family, share our notion and adventures, and stay modernize on information and events. It provides a platform for self-expression, where we can exhibit our creativity, talents, and ardent. Social media also serves as a source of information and learning, with educational content and resources willingly available. It can be a powerful tool for advocacy and elevate awareness about principal issues. Moreover social media has transformed the way we interface e and collaborate, enabling us to connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Overall, social media has become an integral part of our daily lives, shaping how we interact, learn, and engage with the world around us.
