Reports reaching Kashmir News Service (KNS)” said that the family members of the woman alleged that no doctors were available at the hospital to treatment the patient.

In a video, which is doing rounds on several social media platforms, family members could heard saying that the patient was having severe pain, following which patient was administered an injection, but that didn’t bring any relief to her.

They alleged that she was also given painkillers and was shifted to theatre; however, no doctor was available to treat her there, till she breathed her last.

The family members, joined by locals later staged a protest and demanded action against the hospital authorities.

They urged LG Manoj Sinha and deputy commissioner Kupwara to personally intervene into the matter.
